  MEETING TOPICS:

1. Security Camera installation on the West Dock

1. Specifics of the cameras and brackets to be used for installation on light poles go over funding and specifics before giving you the green light to install the equipment. We have one of the cameras that Ryan will bring to the meeting and dimensions of the brackets to hold the cameras
2. Is additional funding needed to complete the project?

1. Ron Burson’s proposal ~ the estimate is $1,800. We have a total credit of $3,162… and Ron Burson confirmed that leaves the Town with $1,362 credit...after the installation.
2. Powers Electric Proposal ~ Updated Proposal

1. Deb Hancock will report on conversation with Keith Fenner regarding cost of excavation portion.
