    1. FY2021 revenues snapshot-overview
      1. Beach down $10,000
      2. Harbor down $2,000,
      3. Misc up $40,000 (including $35 COVI-19 aid)
    2. town audit starting - remotely by new audit manager
    3. Tri Town Ambulance Retirement funds - repay entire amount to Chilmark with undesignated fund balances from prior fiscal years.  One time revenue source for FY21.
    4. uncollected RE FY20 $126,222.65 (FY19 $34,742) Going to warrant now.
    5. FY2021 RE (first half estimated) collectons is comparable to FY20 in same period (71%)
  10. Town Clerk
    1. Designate Town Hall as polling place for Chilmark during Early Voting this election.
    2. Declare Early Voting hours M-F 8 AM - 12 Noon & Sat/Sun 10 AM to 12 Noon
  11. Town Hall -
    1. reorganization of North West wing for October 15-30 Early Voting.
    2. schedule changes to facilitate Early Voting at the Town Hall.
    3. Selectman Doty - discussion of reopening to the general public.  Currently by appointment, phone & email.
  12. Nomansland Island US Navy - Public Hearing September 29 @ 7:00 PM
