FULL TIME FACILITIES MANAGER
All benefits, 40 hours a week, year-round,$77,000 - $83,500. The Town of Chilmark is seeking an experienced person to manage multiple town facilities.
Responsible for the maintenance of town buildings/properties, supervise part-time employee and contractors, evaluate facility maintenance needs, plan for short and long term projects, write scope of work statements, seek internal funding and solicit quotes for services and supplies, and supervise facility contractors. Current or former state CSL or HIC license preferred.
