    1. request to change the Menemsha Park (Bridge to Beach) 5 Hour parking from 9 AM -9PM to 12 PM - 9 PM 
    2. update on Summer parking/traffic planning
      1. Report on site meeting (Tuesday morning) Highway Harbor 
      2. Signage, Paint, and posts being ordered
      3. April 17-21 Highway painting North Road parking Homeport to Galley, brush trimming, replacing signs
      4. April 25 - May 5 Harbor Dredging project.  Need to hire street sweeper to clean lot after dredging and Dune restoration.
      5. May 15 - 19 Highway painting white lines with new machine, hand painting blue and yellow zones, reapply lettering NO PARKING, replace 30 minute signs, change time from 9 am to 12 noon start, replace large lot sign with new, replace easel signs with Free Parking shuttle lot signs.
      6. May 22-26 Highway installs Parking signs on North, Tabor House, Middle, two new larger signs near town line and North Road Fire Station announcing shuttle lot Free Parking 55 Tabor House Road.
      7. All Menemsha Preparation efforts scheduled for completion by May 26
  6. Police
    1. approve posting of position vacancy POLICE SERGEANT
    2. the stabilization fund that is being cut includes the planned funding for the all-electric police vehicle to be purchased in 2024. Alternate funding will be necessary next ATM if the town chooses to go forward with an All-Electric police vehicle.
  7. Mass Highway - Award of the Combination Dynamic Speed Feedback and School Zone Speed Limit Sign Assemblies (Units on MassDOT Roads)
    1. vote to authorize Town Administrator or Chair Person to sign MOU with MassDOT for this award.
  8. Town Offices
    1. approve posting of position vacancy notice BOARD ADMINISTRATOR/Conservation Officer
    2. approve posting position vacancy notice FACILITY MANAGER
  9. Fire - approve posting position vacancy notice ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to FIRE CHIEF
  10. MDAR - annual appointment request for Animal Inspector - Chris Murphy 
  11. Superintendent of Schools - Up Island School District use of E&D funds by the school. 45 day clock March 14 - April 28
  12. Open Meeting Law / Remote Participation  March 31 expiration. 
    1. House and Senate have approved extension to 2025. Awaiting conference committee and Governor. Two more weeks.
    2. Town Administrator will be suggesting that all town Public Bodies post their meetings between April 1 - 14 as in-person, or reschedule to after April 16.
  13. Opioid Settlement Funds -
    1. town is receiving multiple small payments from a number of companies that must be used for opioid related needs. (less than $10,000 expected)
    2. establish stabilization fund to transfer these/future settlement funds and their appropriation for use (as they are otherwise left in the general fund and closed to free cash, while still "restricted") after the FY23 Free Cash is certified.
    3. request the Board of Health work with the other island BOHs and the MV Community Services/Dukes SUD to develop a plan for the use of these settlement funds as an island-wide effort.
