5 | Owner provided construction items: Begin to develop hard schedules and costs. • Well for EMS HQ well w/pump only – piping, conduit, etc. by EMS site G.C. and subcontractors (plumbing, electrician) • Hazmat at existing station • Sale and removal of EMS site house. • Town Hall crawl space prep for water, sump pump, and IT/CATV/Tel conduit • Need to establish where sump pump water is collected during construction. | |
