Coastal Solar MV for MK Larsen Trust/DL Larsen Trust: 2 Menemsha Crossroad (Map 26 Lot 100): The applicant seeks install a roof-mounted 12.32 kW solar array with 27 modules on the main dwelling. The house is listed on MACRIS (CHL. 15) and the 1983 Chilmark Master Plan (#86). There are wetlands in the eastern portion of the lot but do not appear to be within 100 ft. The property is located in the Middle Road/Menemsha Crossroad Roadside District.

Vineyard Land Surveying & Engineering Inc. for Kent A. Fitzpatrick: 118 South Road (Map 11 Lot 58): The applicant seeks install a 20’ x 48’ pool and 20’ x 32’ pool house in a location that will meet required setbacks. The proposed pool house has an open floor plan with a bathroom, kitchenette and storage room. The site plan does not show any wetlands on the lot. The project is located in the South Road Roadside District.
