Community Preservation Committee
About Us
The Community Preservation Committee considers projects that preserve open space and historic sites, create affordable housing, and develop outdoor recreational facilities.
2023 applications are under consideration for fiscal year 2025 funding.
A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at a meeting of the Select Board to gather community feedback on overall Community Preservation Act needs in town. This is an informational hearing on the needs, possibilities and resources of Chilmark regarding community preservation possibilities and resources.
