Virtual Program. This beautifully illustrated program, hosted by Joan Butler of Enchanted Gardens, explores the importance of creating welcoming habitats for birds through thoughtful landscape choices, including native plants vital for food and nesting sites. Learn about the benefits and joys of creating beautiful layered gardens designed for avian and human!

A Master Gardener, Joan has been an enthusiastic gardener for over 30 years, and believes gardens should invite you to linger in the world outside your door. Her gardens have been included on several garden tours, and feature exciting plant combinations and dramatic horticultural specimens, Joan holds a Certificate in Landscape Management from UMass Extension Green School, has worked as a horticulturist, and is a past Chairman of the Massachusetts Landscape Design Council. She is also a member of the Garden Consultants Council and an accredited Flower Show Judge.
