  5. Retirement notification from Treasurer Melanie Becker - January 27, 2022

      1. 22 Years of Service to the community and her
      2. request to train her replacement starting December 20.
    2. Discuss options regarding the position of Treasurer:  (drafts only)
      1. Elected position - term expiring April 27, 2021
        1. available local resident/voter to run for the position - skills/qualifications
        2. Select Board appoints Temporary Treasurer through ATE
        3. Nomination Papers available January 3, 2022
        4. Nomination Papers due March 9, 2022
        5. ATE April 27
      2. Change to Appointed position - HR Bylaw and Policies would become effective
        1. Select Board appoints Temporary Treasurer through ATE
        2. Town Meeting warrant article
        3. Last day for Select Board to submit Question for ballot on ATE, February 22, 2022
        4. Position would still be on the ballot to be elected
      3. Combine position as Collector-Treasurer
        1. elected

      4. Other Possible refinements to the position (ie. change in hours, duties, etc.) to discuss with Financial Team, FINCOM, HRB

  9. Harbor Department - offer of two harbor users to donate material and labor to repair west dock to prevent bird nesting.
