In July 2016 the applicant returned with a change to the pool’s location and fencing (revised site plan dated 7/27/16). This was determined an inconsequential change to the original plan and was approved.
The architect would like to change the fence location again. Determine if this is an inconsequential change or, requires the hearing to be re-opened.
