5:05 PM:  Dorothy Rodell; Article 4 Section 4.2A1; 1 Spud Row; Map 16 Lot 5:  Build an 800 sq. ft. guesthouse with a finished basement in a location that meets the minimum 50-foot setback distance from the lot lines.  The roof ridge height will be less than 18 feet above grade.

5:15 PM:  Peter Rodegast for Up-Island, LLC; Article 12 Section 12.4C1 and Article 8 Section 8.3B;    21 Squibnocket Rd.; Map 35 Lot 24:  Alter and expand a pre-existing, non-conforming historic structure in the Squibnocket Pond District.  The addition will not exceed the 25% expansion of existing floor area as specified in the bylaw.

5:25 PM:  Reid Silva for New Property, LLC; Article 4 Section 4.2A3; 34 Brickyard Rd.; Map 9        Lot 2.4:  Construct a 20’ X 50’ in-ground swimming pool with the required four-foot high safety enclosure.  The pool will have an air source heat pump system to heat the pool water.
