5:05 PM:  CHRIS ALLEY FOR GARY JONES & STACEY SNIDER;Article 6 Sections 6.6 & 6.11; 26 Abel’s Neck Rd.; Map 31 Lot 2:  Add 202 sq. ft. of additional living space onto the kitchen.  The deck will also be expanded around the addition.  The closest portion of the deck will be 26 feet from the lot line.  The total living area on the 3-acre parcel will be 5,044 sq. ft.  The maximum allowable area by Special Permit is 6,000 sq. ft.
