Patrick Lindsay for Andrew Marcus; 391 Middle Road; Map 26 Lots 90, 128, 129:  Build an 8-foot addition onto the main house.  The project is in the Middle Road Roadside District.

Jan Buhrman; 54 Hewing Field; Map 12 Lot 68:  Build a 7-foot high anti-deer, garden fence in a location that meets the minimum 50-foot setback distance from the lot lines.  The project is in the Meetinghouse Road Roadside District.

Michael Barclay for Christina Lurie; 2 Gosnold’s Way; Map 14 Lot 1:  Build a swimming pool within the inland zone of the Vineyard Sound Coastal District.

Tom Carberry for Rich and Ellen Muglia; 0 Blue Barque Rd.; Map 17 Lot 38.2:  The owners have developed the abutting lot and would like to build a home and accessory building on this vacant 3.1-acre parcel.  The project is in the South Road Roadside District.

Phil Regen for Mr. Breuer; 5 Lovie’s Cove Rd.; Map 33 Lot 124:  This is a follow up to the March 9, 2016 report where the roof ridge heights were determined for the new main house and new garage.  The house is under construction.  Phil would like to change the garage location.  The project is in the South Rd. Roadside District.
