Marie Larsen; 2 Menemsha crossroad; Map 26 Lot 100:  Replace two existing storage sheds – 8’ X 10’ and 15’ X 20’.  The locations, sizes and roof ridge heights will not change.  The project is in the South Road and Menemsha Crossroad Roadside Districts.

Patrick Lindsay for Andrew Marcus; 391 Middle Road; Map 26 Lots 90, 128, 129:  Build an 8-foot addition onto the main house.  The project is in the Middle Road Roadside District.

Betsy Martin; 4 Abel’s Neck Rd.; Map 30 Lot 65:  Build an approximate 35 sq. ft. addition on the second story for a ½ bath on a 0.5-acre lot.  The project is in the South Road Roadside District.  It is on the May 24 ZBA Agenda.

Scott Bermudes for potential buyer of Elmer Silva’s undeveloped lot; 31 Tea Lane; Map 12 Lot 40:  Install a curb cut off Tea Lane for a future driveway and to provide access for a well drilling rig.  The project is in the Tea Lane Roadside District.

James Ferry for Alan Rappaport; 68 Hammett Rd.; Map 9 Lot 5:  Convert a 22 sq. ft. outdoor shower into a storage shed and extend an existing deck.  The project is in the Vineyard Sound Coastal District.
