1.
Joint review with the Squibnocket Pond District Advisory Committee: David Damroth;       4 Austin Pasture; Map 33 Lot 85:  Renovate historic farmhouse; add a kitchen and add a bedroom. The project is in the Squibnocket Pond District.  This must also go to Historical Commission.

Chuck Sullivan for Kara Klein and Leonard Leader, Tr.; 16 South Rd.; Map 11 Lot 20:  Renovate the existing historic house and add a mud room.  The project is in the South Road Roadside District.  This must also go to the Historical Commission.

Eddie BenDavid for Stephane Uzan; 1 Azalea Lane; Map 29 Lot 5:  Renovate the entire inside of the house; install new windows and doors; convert and existing closet into a water closet; place an A/C condenser underneath the existing deck.  The project is in the Atlantic Ocean Coastal District.
