Findings and recommendations:  The applicant will need to meet with the Conservation Commission to revise the existing Order of Conditions to include this work.  The applicant will also need a Special Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals to alter the pre-existing, non-conforming structure.  This will not change the current bedroom count with the Board of Health.  The activity will have very minimal visual impact on the roadside, harbor and coastal districts.
