Chilmark Housing Committee

Committee Members Present: Jim Feiner (chairman), Andrew Goldman, Roland Kluver, Michelle Leonardi, William Randol, Bill Rossi, Jessica Roddy, Jessie Holtham (admin).
Committee Members Absent: Ann Wallace, Zee Gamson.
Meeting called to order at 1:00pm. Minutes from 6/21/16 meeting were approved.
FY2017 Housing Committee Budget reviewed. Committee approved the budget with one change to description of line item “Office Supplies” now to read only “Supplies”.
Hand-outs from the RKG & JM Goldson HPP Chilmark Workshop Part 1 were shared with the committee and the HPP process discussed.
Discussed upcoming five CPA requests for funding. CPC will hold a public hearing on October 19 @ 6:00 PM. Chairman to draft letter to the CPC with CHC recommendations. CHC recommends awarding CPA funding to all affordable housing related requests. *Request for review of these topics came to this committee less than 48 hours before the posted meeting.
Update on Nab’s Corner lots- as of 9/14/2016 there had been no Certificates of Occupancy issued.
Next meeting of the Chilmark Housing Committee scheduled for the first Tuesday in November, 11/1/2016, 1:00pm.
