re     daft annual report

folks,

i am enclosing draft two of our annual report modified in accord with jane's excellant suggestions.  comments please?

As we contemplate the 2006 season we are confident that, once again, the bulkhead and its myriad activities will correspond with the master plan  directive to retain the character of menemsha as an active fishing village.  if the park and rec committee has a motto it is, “the more things change, the more they stay the same.”  by that criteria we believe we had a good year in 2005 and look forward, hopefully, to more of the same in 2006.

Poole’s Fish market has become Menemsha Fish market.  Stanley Larsen’s lot has been turned over to his bother, Karsten Larsen, and Jimmy Morgan’s lot and shack have been turned over to his son in law, john armstrong.  The process by which these changes took place included public hearings and meetings whereby all eligible applicants were advised of the opportunities presented and given the opportunity to be heard.
